Job summary

Soar Autism Center is offering a Case Supervisor role designed for individuals actively completing BCBA coursework and accruing practicum hours. This Apex Program provides structured supervision, clinical training, and growth toward becoming a BCBA within Soar’s supportive environment.

You will supervise cases, accrue paid hours, and receive coaching from BCBAs while building skills in ESDM and family guidance.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program in ABA or related field.
• Active practicum hours toward BCBA certification.
• Ability to build rapport with children and families.
• Emerging skills in case conceptualization and clinical planning.
• Interest in growing into a BCBA role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 1–3 client cases with supervision.
• Accrue paid hours through client programming and activities.
• Update client goals in the data system.
• Provide support and supervision to RBTs with feedback from BCBAs.
• Participate in ESDM trainings and develop intervention plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team and families.
• Deliver direct client therapy as part of full-time duties.
