Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Plant General Manager to provide overall direction for manufacturing, operations, and warehousing in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. You will lead multiple functions and ensure objectives are met with cost-effective, high-quality results.

You will oversee production efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement and strategic planning to optimize asset utilization and cash flow.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a Senior Plant Role with 3+ years in Value Added Case Ready.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to navigate complex managerial situations.
• Ability to travel as needed for company events or other locations.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities to achieve the business plan for profit, growth, and competitive advantage.
• Oversee production processes for optimal efficiency and output; ensure productivity and yield standards.
• Ensure plant safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to quality standards.
