Qualifications

• 1+ years of related work experience with children and/or families preferred.
• Knowledge and training in working with children and families, including child development stages and family dynamics.
• Willingness to make home visits and work various hours (no weekends).

Responsibilities

• Support and stabilize families involved with child welfare or in crisis.
• Utilize Solution-Based Casework to prevent out-of-home placement.
• Conduct home visits to assess child safety and family circumstances.

Skills

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook

Ability to engage with clients

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health
