We’re looking for someone who is a collaborative worker with a passion for helping others and a dedication to providing excellent service.
Case Manager should be comfortable working closely with clients which is primary compromised of individuals served through the Juneau Therapeutic Courts and Reentry program. They will manage their time well to provide in-person care and be able to attend multiple meetings at Lemon Creek Correctional Center, Juneau Therapeutic Courts, and others. Case Managers will need to be comfortable in assisting with urine drug screens, if necessary. Our Case Manager will be proficient in setting professional boundaries while still being empathetic and friendly toward clients, and will demonstrate unconditional positive regard for people in all different walks of life and will meet and support clients where they are.
All JAMHI positions require the ability to pass a criminal background check in accordance with the current state regulation requirements and a valid Alaska driver’s license and be able to clear the JAMHI auto insurance screening through the independent insurance carrier and/or if driving.
