Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and at least 1 year of experience in social services.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management with supportive counseling and social services.
• Coordinate and provide instructions and information, both individual and group modalities in the skills of daily living.
• Coordinate and conduct socialization and recreational activities and groups that foster increased social skills, decrease isolation and improve cohesion and the development of a social network.
• Serve as an advocate/confidante assisting tenants in obtaining services that they are required and entitled.
• Provides availability for crisis intervention and cell phone responsibility during non-scheduled work hours.
