Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years’ experience with homeless/mixed-income populations.
• Specialty in substance abuse and mental health.
• Knowledge of crisis prevention, intervention, and resolution techniques.

Responsibilities

• Mentor case managers and promote professional development.
• Maintain updated case files with necessary documentation.
• Provide supervision for Intake and Case Management staff.
• Ensure clients have medical insurance and referrals to providers.
