Job summary

Center for Justice Innovation is hiring Case Managers for Staten Island’s Supervised Release Program (SRP) in NY. This full-time, in-person role supports participants, coordinates services, and collaborates with judges, attorneys, and community partners to improve court outcomes.

You will supervise participants, manage data, and facilitate pro-social groups while ensuring accurate reporting and timely communication with court personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years direct practice experience required.
• Experience in pretrial, court-based, or criminal legal system preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with trauma-informed and strength-based approaches preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, interdependent team.
• Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise SRP participants by tier/level and complete check-ins.
• Identify barriers to compliance and coordinate services.
• Provide clinically-informed case management and referrals.
• Monitor compliance and perform outreach to participants and attorneys.
• Maintain timely data entry and documentation.
• Submit court reports within deadlines and build stakeholder relationships.
• Co-facilitate pro-social and psycho-educational groups.
• Promote cross-team collaboration and pipeline improvements.
• Participate in supervision and staff trainings.
• Attend events as needed; role not eligible for clinical hours.
• Other tasks as necessary.
