Our organization provides a continuum of services including substance use treatment, outpatient therapy, case management, and integrated behavioral health support.
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed/Licensed-eligible Mental Health Professional (ie. LPC or LCSW) to primarily provide substance use case management services while also delivering therapy and clinical support for individuals with behavioral health and substance use challenges.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful client relationships, coordinating services, removing barriers to recovery, and helping clients achieve lasting positive outcomes.
The LMHP will serve primarily in a Substance Use Case Management role while also providing clinical therapeutic services. The clinician will conduct assessments, assist with treatment planning, coordinate resources, provide counseling services, and support clients throughout the recovery process.
