Qualifications

• Associates Degree or 60 college credits in Human Services required.
• HS Diploma or GED with 2 years shelter experience required.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills; basic computer skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage client intake and assessment to orient to program and assess service needs.
• Develop individual service plans with the client and update as required.
• Meet with clients regularly to connect to services and provide supportive counseling.
• Document activities and participate in evaluation and quality assurance.
