Job summary

The organization is seeking a full-time, non-exempt position located in Washington County VA or City of Bristol, VA. Compensation ranges from $18.50 to $20.00 per hour and is commensurate with education and experience.

• Participate in intakes to determine consumer needs and capabilities.
• Serve as primary liaison between HCS and the school regarding services and provisions.
• Collaborate with community partners to ensure continuity of care.
