Ardent Health Services is hiring a Day shift, full-time Case Management Acute Care Case Manager RN in Tulsa, OK. The role focuses on coordinating patient care across the continuum and ensuring medical necessity and efficient resource use.

Requirements include RN with associate degree or higher and BLS within 14 days of hire; preferred two years acute hospital case management and CCM/ ACM certification.

• The Case Manager RN is responsible for assessing and coordinating patient care across the continuum, utilizing accepted criteria and guidelines to manage benefits and determine the medical necessity of the services provided.
• This position functions to achieve optimal clinical and quality outcomes by effectively managing care and resources to reduce unnecessary utilization.
• The RN Case Manager reports to the Director of Case Management or designee.

Job Requirements:

• RN, associate's degree in nursing or higher
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Two (2) years acute hospital-based nursing experience
• Certification in case management (ACM or CCM)
• Experience in acute care hospital case management
