Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the area of human and/or social services or behavioral sciences.
• Licensed Social Worker designation is highly preferred.
• Education and/or verifiable work experience with at-risk populations is required (homeless, veterans, behavioral health, drug/alcohol addiction, employment, youth, residential).
• Valid drivers license and transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise service plans appropriate to client needs, program requirements, and funding provider standards.
• Provide systematic evaluation and interpretive reports on client progress.
• Develop and maintain a database of client resources.
