Job summary

Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana seeks energetic, self-motivated professionals to join its expanding team. The Case Manager develops and revises service plans, evaluates progress, and maintains a database of client resources to support at‑risk populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human and/or social services or behavioral sciences.
• Licensed Social Worker designation highly preferred.
• Education and/or verifiable work experience with at‑risk populations (homeless, veterans, behavioral health, addiction, employment, youth, residential).
• Valid driver’s license and transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise service plans appropriate to client needs, program requirements and funding standards.
• Provide evaluation and interpretive reports.
• Develop and maintain a database of client resources.
