In this role, you will assist attorneys by managing case files, interacting with clients, and communicating with medical providers and insurance companies. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong writing skills. This position offers a salary starting at $60,000 - $85,000 with bonus eligibility, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager preferred.
• At least 2 years of working in a legal position or insurance adjuster experience preferred.
• Extensive computer and database expertise, with typing no less than 35 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Daily interaction with existing and potential clients.
• Order medical records and communicate with clients/providers.
• Obtain documents to support injury/liability positions.
• Interact with insurance carriers to secure records.
• Maintain organized case files.
