Responsibilities

• Daily contact with clients via phone and in person.
• Assist attorneys in developing settlements and preparing documents.
• Organize and manage case files from intake to closing.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and medical providers.
• Prepare demands and submit to carriers under attorney supervision.
