Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience providing case management preferred; can substitute up to two years for edu.
• Must communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office apps required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Participate in intake by collecting, organizing, and analyzing information about individuals.
• Provide direct casework services for social involvement, health needs, and community life to inmates/residents.
• Prepare and collaborate on reports and develop case presentations for assigned inmates/residents.
• Coordinate programming, resources, and services for social development and transitions.
• Serve as the point of contact in the absence of the Unit Manager when applicable.
