Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in case management preferred, or substitute for up to two years in related criminal justice field.
• Clear verbal and written communication required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office or similar software required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake: collect, organize, and analyze information about individuals.
• Provide direct casework services for social involvement, health needs, and community life.
• Prepare and collaborate on reports and develop case presentations for inmates/residents.
• Coordinate programming, resources, and services for social development and transition/release.
• Serve as point of contact in absence of Unit Manager, when applicable.
