Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with case management preferred; substitute for education on a year-for-year basis up to two years.
• Must communicate clearly verbally and in writing; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in intake process by collecting, organizing, and analyzing information about individuals.
• Provide direct casework services for social involvement, health needs, and community life.
• Prepare and collaborate on reports and case presentations for inmates/residents.
• Coordinate programming, resources, and services to support social development and transition planning.
• Serve as point of contact in the absence of the Unit Manager.
