Larkin Street Youth Services in South San Francisco seeks dedicated frontline staff to support homeless and at-risk youth. This 100% onsite role involves intake, assessment, case planning, advocacy, and coordinated services across housing, education, health, and employment.

You will build strong client relationships, provide crisis prevention and life-skills coaching, assist with benefits access, and collaborate with community partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Some social services case management experience.
• Willing to work on site in person (onsite).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake and assessment, case planning, coordination, and referral.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Provide crisis prevention, intervention, and safety planning services.
