Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or related alternative.
• RN license with one year of relevant direct work with IDD or related field.
• Combination of education and experience acceptable for both levels.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, provide services to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in home or community settings; obtain social histories and arrange resources to meet needs; monitor programs monthly.
• Ensure compliance with Federal Home and Community Based Waiver regulations and state guidelines.
