Job summary

• Alternative nursing license with required experience also qualifies.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in home or community settings.
• Obtain social histories, coordinate resources, and monitor progress as QIDP.
• Ensure compliance with applicable waivers, state policies, and guidelines.
