Job summary

Community Resources for Justice in Boston, MA is seeking dedicated Case Managers to support residents in our Brooke House program. This full-time, 40-hour workweek position offers eligibility for benefits and an hourly rate starting at $21-$23 with shift differential.

You will orient residents, develop and monitor Individual Program Plans, coordinate with partners, and ensure smooth execution of daily schedules while maintaining accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• BS/BA from an accredited college or university in Criminal Justice, Human Service, or related field.
• Prefer one year of case management experience.
• Prefer experience with a correctional population, in a residential setting.
• Must complete background check.

Responsibilities

• Introduces new residents to the program and sets expectations.
• Develops and monitors Individual Program Plans for residents on caseload.
• Conducts regular progress reviews and assists with finances and schedules.
• Collaborates with contracts and agencies to coordinate services.
• Maintains ongoing communication with providers and families.
• Schedules counseling sessions and supervises resident accountability.
• Completes required paperwork for residents on caseload.
• Participates in on-call rotation and attends meetings and trainings.
