Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio is seeking a full-time Case Manager for our Good Partner Program. The Case Manager provides support and resources to assist staff in overcoming barriers and challenges in daily life, helping individuals identify goals and develop plans to maintain employment.

This hourly position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 4 weeks of PTO, paid holidays, medical/dental/vision, retirement with company match, employer-paid life

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, social work, psychology, rehabilitation counseling, business, or related field preferred, or three years of experience providing case management services and High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with five or fewer points and automotive insurance.
• Travel is required within communities served and may include transporting the individual served as necessary.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is required.
• Works a flexible and varying schedule that may include nights or weekends as determined by the needs of the individual served.
• Must be able to perform physical requirements of the position, including, but not limited to inside, sedentary work.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and resources to assist Goodwill staff in overcoming barriers to employment.
• Identify areas of need and work with the individual to set goals and develop plans to address barriers to maintain employment.
• Assist with transportation, housing, healthcare access, and other social needs as part of case management.
