Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio is seeking a full-time Case Manager for the Good Partner Program. You will support staff in overcoming barriers to employment by addressing transportation, housing, healthcare access, and other life factors, helping individuals set goals and create plans.

This hourly role includes a comprehensive benefits package: PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vision, retirement with company match, and life/disability insurance, plus EAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, social work, psychology, rehabilitation counseling, business, or related field preferred or three years of case management experience.
• Valid driver's license with five or fewer points and automotive insurance; must provide proof regularly.
• Travel within communities served; may transport client as needed.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR required.
• Flexible, varying schedule including nights or weekends as determined by client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and resources to help Goodwill staff overcome barriers to employment.
• Identify areas of need and help individuals set goals and develop plans.
• Assist with transportation, housing, healthcare access, and related conditions to enable employment.
