Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a dedicated care management professional to coordinate care across settings, educate members, and advocate for individual health needs. You will collaborate with teams to improve outcomes and ensure privacy and security throughout all interactions.

The role emphasizes crisis support, navigation experience, and strong communication with members via multiple channels, including in-person visits when appropriate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years clinical experience in care management.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in the United States or an MSW.
• 1+ year experience in care coordination and navigation.
