Job summary

ISG in Danvers, MA, is seeking a detail‑oriented investigator recruiter to support claim and litigation workflows. You will review claim notes, assign tasks, and maintain clear communication with clients throughout investigations.

This full‑time role requires strong writing, diary notes, and budgeting within client deadlines, plus guidance to investigators and QA of final products. On-site schedule Monday‑Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; benefits include health, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Review claim notes and client documentation.
• Assign tasks and oversee investigations.

• Manage files within budget and deadlines.
• Identify suspicious circumstances.
• Review final investigation and recommend next steps.

Responsibilities

• Review claim notes / client documentation
• Assign investigative tasks, maintain communication throughout the duration of investigations, and assess findings
• Maintain detailed diary notes / claim history within the case management system
• Provide guidance and instruction to investigators
• Provide professional updates, reports, and communication directly with clients
• Manage the file within the appropriate budget and by the client’s due date
• Identify suspicious circumstances / red flags
• Review the completed investigation and provide recommendations for additional investigation when applicable
• QA final product including investigator time and expense
