Job summary

ACTS is seeking a Caseworker to provide comprehensive case management and intake services to clients. The role involves assessing needs, determining eligibility for emergency financial assistance, and referring clients to community resources under the supervision of the COO.

The incumbent will maintain records, collaborate in staff meetings, and support agency services as needed, with a focus on helping clients achieve housing stability and access essential resources.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in case management and individual counseling.
• Excellent oral, written, computer, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage client files and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial intake assessments to identify needs and determine eligibility for emergency financial assistance and case management.
• Deliver short-term, goal-oriented casework services, referrals, emergency financial assistance, financial counseling, and ongoing case management as assigned by COO.
• Maintain awareness of community resources and advocate for clients; participate in approved community activities and workshops.
