  • Facilitate Learning and Growth: Provide client education and facilitate group programming, including the Nurturing Fathers Program, in accordance with established curriculum and program requirements.
  • Ensure Quality and Compliance: Follow professional standards, agency protocols, applicable regulations, and program guidelines to ensure safe, effective, equitable, and client-centered services.
  • Complete all required agency, accrediting body, and funder training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Information Dissemination: Share valuable information, educational materials, and community resources related to MEB health through school, family, and community events.
  • Environmental Strategies: Participate in Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) initiatives and collaborate with community coalitions to promote prevention-focused policies and supportive environments.
  • Community Collaboration: Partner with schools, community organizations, and other agencies to coordinate and strengthen prevention initiatives and services.
  • Problem Identification and Referral: Help identify the needs of students, families, and community members through screening and assessment, connecting individuals with appropriate services and resources.
