Maximus is hiring a Case Manager for the Wisconsin FSET program in Milwaukee. You will provide one-on-one guidance, build individualized plans, and connect individuals to resources to promote self-sufficiency. Passing an assessment is a prerequisite for this position.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience, and familiarity with case management and MS Office applications. This onsite role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 0–2 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent education.
• Experience in case management with diverse populations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and nurture professional relationships with customers, monitoring engagement and progress.
• Assist customers in accessing essential services such as education, childcare, transportation, and healthcare.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve participant issues and maintain program eligibility.
• Maintain accurate case documentation of all customer interactions.
• Communicate updates on outreach and engagement initiatives to project staff.
