The GEO Group, a leader in evidence-based rehabilitation, is hiring for a role based in Memphis with hybrid work between the TDOC office and home. The position supports reentry programs and uses cognitive behavioral curricula to guide participants toward successful reintegration.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in social sciences and experience as a facilitator or educator, preferably in corrections, with a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

The position requires staff availability during work hours for Memphis DRC
Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM -3:00 PM , with virtual classes conducted outside of those hours.
The job is hybrid to work between TDOC office and home office.

Summary
This position provides program participants with the tools and knowledge to prepare for reentry into the community through the use of CBIP, Victim Impact, Stopping Abuse for Everyone (SAFE), and Relapse Prevention Program modules. This individual must learn, use, and model principles of the “What Works” system through evidence-based practices in all interactions with participants, GEO staff members, and agency personnel.
