The GEO Group is hiring a Reentry Services facilitator to assist program participants in preparing for community reentry using CBIP and related modules. The role combines in-person and virtual group sessions and individual counseling to support successful reintegration.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's in Social Sciences, experience as a facilitator, and knowledge of correctional policies. A state driver’s license is required, with travel to Tennessee facilities as needed.
This role will facilitate virtual and in person groups.Split shift may be needed as well as travel to other TN DOC facilities in the region.We are hiring with a $2500 sign on bonus, payable in quarterly installments.

Summary
This position provides program participants with the tools and knowledge to prepare for reentry into the community through the use of CBIP, Victim Impact, Stopping Abuse for Everyone (SAFE), and Relapse Prevention Program modules. This individual must learn, use, and model principles of the “What Works” system through evidence-based practices in all interactions with participants, GEO staff members, and agency personnel.
