GEO Reentry Services LLC in Memphis is seeking a qualified facilitator to deliver cognitive behavioral curriculum and support participants' reentry planning. The role requires facilitating group and individual sessions and supporting program participants.

We are hiring with a sign on bonus, payable in quarterly installments.
The position requires staff availability during work hours for Memphis DRC.
Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM -3:00 PM , with virtual classes conducted outside of those hours.
The job is hybrid to work between TDOC office and home office.

Summary
This position provides program participants with the tools and knowledge to prepare for reentry into the community through the use of CBIP, Victim Impact, Stopping Abuse for Everyone (SAFE), and Relapse Prevention Program modules. This individual must learn, use, and model principles of the “What Works” system through evidence‑based practices in all interactions with participants, GEO staff members, and agency personnel.
