We are seeking a Case Manager to assist with all clinical scheduling needs for our Okatie, SC patients.

This position will be working in the Okatie office daily. This is a full-time, salaried position (8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday).

The Role: Responsible for ensuring a smooth registration process for new patients, scheduling appointments efficiently, coordinating between patients and healthcare providers, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare preferred.
• Preferred CMA, LPN, or RN.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, especially in scheduling or administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
