Responsibilities

• Ensure that the activities are consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Catholic Charities.
• Provide clients with direct service, either in the office or in the field.
• Review and monitor services, reassess needs, and initiate responsive services.
• Assist clients in developing community support.
• Provide advocacy on behalf of clients.
• Prepare and complete all required case recordings and reports.
• Attend required meetings and review treatment plans.
