Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or human service field from an accredited college or university.
• Prefer Kansas licensure for practice.
• Two years’ experience with children, youth and families preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to pass required screenings.

Responsabilités

• Assess and coordinate services for children and families, including permanency goals.
• Coordinate kinship placements and family meetings.
• Develop and implement case plans within set timeframes.
• Provide court documentation, testify when needed, and follow court orders.
• Support foster and kinship homes to maintain placements and pursue permanency.
• On-call availability and travel across Kansas as needed.
