TFI Family Services in Kansas is looking for a full-time Case Manager to join the Permanency team and help children and families thrive. A bachelor’s degree in human services and at least 2 years of child placement experience are preferred.

You’ll advocate for safe, stable homes, connect families to resources, and develop personalized plans while collaborating with a dedicated team to create lasting positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in child placement.
• Predictive Index assessments used in hiring.
