If you would like to be a part of our team and make a real difference in people’s lives, the Child and Family Guidance Center is currently seeking a full‑time Bi‑Lingual Care Coordination (Case Manager).
The Bi‑Lingual Care Coordinator is responsible for providing care to children with complex emotional and/or behavioral health challenges using the Wraparound process. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in human services, fluency in Spanish and English, a valid driver’s license and auto transportation to external locations.
