Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or nursing required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• At least 2 years of case management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls from referral sources and assess client needs with the Director of Clinical Management.
• Complete pre-screening assessments, reports, and pre-admission paperwork, including authorization for payment.
• Oversee and supervise field staff assisting with pre-screening.
• Review account information, contracts, and past payer agreements as appropriate.
• Discuss benefit coverage and reimbursement options with third party payers and clients.
