Phipps Neighborhoods aim to create Pathways to Access, Benefits and a Sustainable Future (PABS) through proactive outreach for a target population of low-income New Yorkers; particularly residence set to experience federal cuts to SNAP, Medicaid and other public benefits resulting from the passage of the “Big, Beautiful Bill”.
PABS is designed to help community members navigate this changing landscape by expanding access to benefits, strengthening community-based outreach, and connecting individuals and families to the support they need to remain stable. The BAPS is grounded in:

Salary: $55,000-$60,000 annually commensurate with education and experience
