Job summary

Northeast Recovery is seeking a dedicated Case Manager for our Spring Hill Recovery outpatient program in Quincy, MA. This full-time role involves coordinating care, conducting intake assessments, and working with a multidisciplinary team to support clients’ recovery goals.

The position requires knowledge of addiction treatment, 12-step concepts, and strong written and verbal communication skills; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, with LADC-2 certification recommended.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of case management experience in a behavioral health setting.
• LADC-2 certification

Responsibilities

• Conduct group and individual case management as directed.
• Complete intake assessments and coordinate treatment planning.
• Lead treatment team meetings and family sessions.
• Manage caseload and assess clients' urgent needs and progress.
• Maintain comprehensive patient records and document outcomes.
• Prepare discharge plans based on client needs.
