We are looking for a full-time Case Manager at our Spring Hill Recovery outpatient(PHP/IOP) facility in Quincy, MA
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: $48,000 - 52,500 per year (based off experience)
The Case Management position will provide a variety of services that help individuals and families coping with complex physical or mental medical conditions. The Case Manager will find the most effective course of treatment possible, so that the clients can achieve a higher quality of life by identifying their needs and goals, while working closely with collateral contacts. This role reports to the Program Coordinator.
Physical Nature of the Job: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and or up to 20 pounds of force frequently.
