Responsibilities

• Assist Case Managers with the day-to-day management of personal injury cases.
• Follow up with medical providers for records, bills, and other documentation.
• Request, organize, and maintain medical records and billing documentation.
• Review incoming records and bills for completeness and route to the appropriate team member.
• Assist with gathering and maintaining insurance and claim information.
• Accurately update client and case information in the case management system.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical case files.
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurers, clients, and attorneys as directed.
• Meet established department goals and performance standards.
