Responsibilities

• Assist Case Managers with day-to-day management and coordination of personal injury cases.
• Follow up with medical providers for records and bills.
• Organize and maintain medical records and billing documentation.
• Review incoming records for completeness and route to the appropriate team member.
• Coordinate with insurance information and other case documents.
• Update client and case information in the case management system.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical case files.
