Highlands Community Services Board in Abingdon, VA is seeking a dedicated case manager to weave support networks for consumers and families. You will identify individual needs, connect clients to community resources, and coordinate services to ensure ongoing supports that help people lead meaningful lives.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, non-exempt, with compensation ranging from $18.50 to $20.00 per hour, commensurate with education and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 15 credit hours of human services related courses.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services or related field is preferred.
