Job summary

TFI Family Services in Wichita, KS is seeking a full-time Case Manager for the Permanency team. You’ll help children and families thrive by supporting emotional regulation, healthy communication, and stable homes.

A bachelor’s degree in human services (or related field) and at least 2 years of child placement experience are required. Predictive Index assessments may be used in hiring, and there are generous benefits to support staff and families.

• Willing to participate in Predictive Index assessment during the hiring process.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
