Job summary

TFI Family Services is hiring a full-time Case Manager to help children and families thrive. If you hold a bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field and have at least 2 years in child placement, you could join our Permanency team.

You will work daily to support families, connect them with resources, and create personalized plans to promote healthy growth, while advocating for improvements in family environments and collaborating with a passionate team.
