Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Case Manager to join the Permanency team and support children and families in need. A bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field and at least 2 years of child placement experience are required.

You will help families develop skills, connect them to resources, and advocate for positive changes in family environments. Benefits include generous leave, holidays, and tuition reimbursement.
