Job summary

Family Promise of Spokane is seeking a Keep Housing Case Manager to support families in maintaining housing and building skills for long-term stability. You will conduct home visits, coordinate resources, and document progress for program reporting.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain case notes, and engage with landlords to ensure housing stability while guiding families on budgeting and tenant rights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience in case management, housing services, or family support (2+ years preferred).
• Strong boundaries, sound judgment in a crisis, and emotional resilience.
• Comfort with computers and detailed documentation.
• Valid Washington driver’s license and an insurable driving record (you’ll drive during shifts).
• Ability to pass an annual background check.

Responsibilities

Case Manager – Keep HousingFamily Promise of Spokane | Spokane, WAFull-time | Hourly | $23.00-$25.00 per hour DO

Schedule: Typically Monday–Friday daytime, with occasional evenings/weekends

Help families stay housedAt Family Promise of Spokane, we equip families to end the cycle of homelessness.As a Keep Housing Case Manager, you’ll walk alongside families for up to two years after they move into housing, helping them build the skills, relationships, and confidence to stay housed for good.

What you’ll do

• Support a caseload of families with housing stability, goal-setting, and resource referrals
• Meet with families in their homes and in the community, at least monthly
• Build strong relationships with landlords and property managers
• Coach families on tenant rights, budgeting, and keeping their housing
• Connect families to employment, education, mental health, and other resources

What you bring
