Job summary

Legal Soft in the United States is seeking a Legal Case Manager to review medical and billing records, coordinate with providers, and interact with clients to collect essential documents. You will draft demand letters and maintain client information in our CRM, serving as a bridge between attorneys and clients.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of experience in a US law firm, strong bilingual English-Spanish or English-Portuguese communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
• Minimum 1 year of management/coordination experience in a US law firm.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, or Portuguese and English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

• Review and organize medical and billing records, ensuring every detail is accurate.

• Interact with clients, collecting important documents like police reports and hospital records.
• Draft demand letters and maintain client information in our CRM system.
• Act as the communication bridge between attorneys and clients, ensuring everyone stays on the same page.
• Stay on top of legal paperwork, filing liens, and preparing case summaries.

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
• At least 1 years of experience in management, coordination, or similar roles in a US Law Firm.
• Fluent communication skills in both Spanish and English. or Portuguese and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Experience with databases and familiarity with management tools..
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and ready to tackle any challenge.
• A reliable laptop or desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or higher) and a stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
• Availability to work US business hours.
