Job summary

AMN Healthcare in Portland, ME is seeking a Case Manager for a 13-week assignment. You will coordinate care, plan discharges, and conduct utilization reviews, with a standard schedule of days, M-F 8a-5p.

Requires 2+ years in case management; RN not required. Rehab experience is a plus. Cerner experience is beneficial as you support patients in a busy clinical setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of case management experience.
• RN not required; case manager with another clinical background acceptable (e.g., social work).
• 2 years of rehabilitation experience preferred.
